This is not a democracy. It’s a climb-or-be-crushed meritocracy, brutal and loud. The structure is rigidly ranked, but promotions require proving your worth—either through loyalty, RP or conquest. Siletha doesn’t promote based on kindness—she promotes based on how useful you are.

The Offering
Bring something valuable, not just shiny. Something with meaning, with blood, with story. That Will be kept within the castle halls.
Examples:
An enchanted item stolen from another nation.
A book filled with secrets (on a nation, on a fellow traveller)
A named weapon wtih a tragic or violent backstory
Your own tail
(please don't... but also....do)
You must explain the item's significance in lore - in RP channels on in game.
The Marked Hunt
You're given a target or a task something dangerous, humiliating, or morally grey.
Examples:
Hunt and kill a rare mob (provide evidence)
Infiltrate another nation
Gather five named skulls
Fail the task? you don't get in. You get laughed at
The Blood Oath
You kneel in front of Siletha and swear loyalty in-character.
Your name is carved into something?
This is permanent. You are bound to the nation until betrayal.
Refusing to kneel may still get you in- if you entertain her.

Oath
I kneel not for gods, nor kings.
I kneel for Siletha.
I offer my name, my voice and my fear.
I bleed so the silence knows who I am.
I vow to rise, or rot, by her will.
I will not flinch when ordered.
I will not beg when broken.
I will not run unless it is to hunt.
My body is yours to command.
My screams are yours to silence.

No strict bans, nation should be mostly accessible, might be a struggle for water breathers as we are setting up.
