What This Page Covers

This page outlines the rules, expectations and guideleines for all interactions between Nations. Especially those involving conflict, alliances and war. Whether you’re settling disputes through duels, declaring open war, or building alliances, everything here is designed to keep the game fair, respectful and immersive.

OOC Agreement is Required

All forms of Nation conflict must be agreed upon Out of Character (OOC).

This includes:

  • PvP skirmishes
  • Raids or sabotage
  • Lore driven conflict or rivalries
  • Full scale war or nation collapse.

Nations must communicate wth each other before initiating conflict. There should be no surprises, forced involvement or unapproved consequences.

If a Nation wishes to involve another in a conflict without prior agreement, they must instead seek staff approval for an event or restrcuture the scanario to fir within guidelins.

Forms of Diplomacy

Nations can interact in many peaceful or tense ways, such as:

Alliances

  • Formal or informal agreements between Nations
  • Can be announced publicly or kept secret
  • May include shared builds, resources or support in events.

Trade Agreements

  • Open trade routes, shared market stalls, exclusive resource access, etc.

Political Roleplay

  • Treaties, betrayals, ambassadors and negotiations
  • Keep all serious escelations OOC-agreed beforehand

Rivalries and Tensions

  • Banter and rivalry encouraged!
  • But avoid toxic behaviour-play the character, not the player

– Defined boundaries (e.g., allowed zones, type of PvP, time frame)
– An understanding of what can and can’t be destroyed or taken
– Staff notified if assistance is needed for event setup or moderation
Must Not:
– Involve unwilling players in PvP or sabotage
– Include griefing of claims or builds without explicit permission

Tips for Great Conflict RP

  • Set objectives, not just “kill everyone”

  • Think cinematically, not competitively
  • Let the story win, not just your sword.
