Backstory

Contessa is a student of Cirawynn, an Elytrian? that had been missing for many years by Contessa’s time. Her reappearance brought a stir in the small enclave of Elytrian survivors and the younger Elytrian noticed that the elders tended to avoid the returned woman after spending time with her. Curious, Contessa started to get close with Cirawynn, eventually learning new and more complex spells from the Traveller.

Meeting Shewolf

Contessa would often note that Cirawynn would often disappear for star cycles at a time, looking lost when she left and morose when she’d return. One day, Contessa followed Cirawynn on this escapade, attempting to be sneaky about it, and found the older Elytrian talking with a strange woman with horns. An introduction was made and Cirawynn asked if Contessa would go with Shewolf as she had no more to teach her…but there would be a whole new world of exploration and new spells and things to tinker with. Without a moment’s hesitation, Contessa agreed with a brilliant and eager smile. Armed with a letter and a sword that do not belong to her but to another friend of Cirawynn’s…Contessa was instructed to learn what she could…and stay safe before she took the Creator’s hand with a promise of documenting everything.

Personality

Sweet and kind, open and earnest, a little gremlin at times, an optimist and always greets the world (and people!) with a smile…she’s incredibly naive and gullible

Appearance & Flavour

Physical Description

Brown hair with a circlet of gold gifted from Cirawynn, her eyes are a bright steely blue color and full of mischief and wonder. She normally is in a black and gold trimmed dress with a dark violet cloak and hood (Teleportation robes) around her shoulders, fastened with a pendant of starrite, amethyst, Endstone and crying obsidian. She is a full grown Elytrian, so she has six wings that are as dark a black as the End’s skies. She is tall and slender built, more like a gymnast or runner. There are scorch marks and soot smudges on her cheeks from all her experiments and potion makings. There is a scent of ink, dusty books, herbs and soot about her.

She has different bags and satchels that her stuff is in...though she's very guarded with her 'Ender Chest' which she reaches into a small portal to grab.

Disappears in a flurry of Ender Particles, feathers and starlight.

Fun facts / Quirks

If you value your magic items do not give them to her. She will take them apart and attempt to put them back together just to see how they work. She will ask to see them constantly. Give her a waystone and she will be set for hours…just don’t expect to get it back in one piece. She will cheep and chirp constantly as she is very easy to excite and make happy.

Her birthday is Veilend 7th
