What is Sawmill?
Ever look at the stonecutter and go “man, I wish there was something like that for wood…” Have no fear, Sawmill is here! This mod gives you all the versatility of the stonecutter…except it’s for wood!
Some Things to Note
This mod comes with a unique villager, the Carpenter. The carpenter will trade for various wood related items such as torches, boats with chests, pistons…they might even strip wood for you if you offer them shiny green gems and some logs. The carpenter will spawn in villages at one of five unique structures within the complex…so keep an eye out for them! Could be an easy way to make emeralds for trades or save your axes some durability while you build!
To make the sawmill you will need three sticks, two fences, three wood slabs and an iron ingot.
