Rule 1: Limit Lag-Inducing Activities

To maintain server performance, certain farms and builds are restricted. If staff find a prohibited build, you will receive a warning. If not removed within a set timeframe, staff will remove it without compensation.

🚫 Prohibited Builds & Activities:

  • Large lava flows – In the Nether, lava must be smooth and flat. If mining near lava, replace it with blocks to prevent flow.
  • Using containers for construction (e.g., chests, furnaces, dispensers for floors, walls, etc.).
  • Extra-large/complex redstone circuits – If unsure, open a ticket to have staff check the lag impact.
  • Massive lava/water cascades (more than 5 blocks wide, sky to bedrock).
  • Massive animal farms – Farms must follow the server’s breeding cap of 20 animals per 64-block radius per species. This means you can have 20 cows and 20 pigs in the same area, but farms exceeding this limit are not allowed.
  • Automated kill farms – Must have an on/off switch to disable spawning/killing when not in use. Any farm allowing mobs to die automatically (falling, fire, overcrowding, etc.) must be toggleable.
  • Automated observer-based farms (e.g., sugar cane farms) must be switchable.
  • Large-scale slab, string, or block coverings that prevent mob spawning without staff approval. These create tick lag by forcing the server to search for spawnable areas.
  • Large ice areas covered with candles/fire – Causes constant melting/refreezing, leading to severe lag.
  • Massive industrial-scale crop farms – If a single harvest fills more than a single chest, it is too large. This applies to both manual and automated farms.
  • Nether portals as part of farms – Not allowed. Find alternative farm designs.

⚠ All redstone farms must have a clearly marked on/off switch. Nothing may run constantly. If others use your farm, it must have an accessible toggle.

If unsure whether your build is allowed, open a ticket for approval.

Rule 2: Do Not Abuse Glitches

Exploiting bugs or glitches is strictly prohibited. If you discover a game-breaking bug, open a ticket and report it to staff instead of spreading it.

🚫 Not Allowed:

  • Exploiting glitches for personal gain.
  • All duplication exploits – This includes TNT dupers, rail dupers, string dupers, and any other item duplication methods.
  • Breaking bedrock – Not permitted under any circumstances.

⚠ Players caught abusing glitches will be punished. Help keep the server fair for everyone!

Rule 3: No Cheats or Hacked Clients

Using hacked clients, cheats, or x-ray texture packs is strictly prohibited.

🚫 Not Allowed:

  • Hacked clients
  • X-ray texture packs
  • Any form of cheating or unfair advantages
  • Resource packs that make ores glow (these are considered x-ray-like advantages and are not allowed).

✅ Allowed:

  • Fullbright resource packs (packs that mimic night vision are allowed).

⚠ Players caught using cheats will be punished. Keep the game fair for everyone!

Rule 4: Use Flan for Land Protection & Inactivity Policy

The Flan mod is required for claiming and protecting your land. Use it to prevent others from modifying your builds without permission.

📌 Flan Information:

  • Access all Flan commands via /flan menu
  • Claims are made using a Golden Hoe (provided when you first join)

⏳ Inactivity & Claims:

  • If you are inactive for more than 6 weeks, your claim will vanish, and your items will no longer be protected.

⚠ Failure to claim your land means staff cannot help if your builds are modified by others. Use Flan and stay active to keep your area safe!

Rule 5: No Trespassing

🚫 Do not enter or remain in another player’s claim without permission. If asked to leave, you must leave immediately.

📌 Claiming & Building Restrictions:

  • No building or claiming within 30 blocks of another player’s build/claim without permission.
  • No setting /home inside or near another player’s claim without their explicit permission.
  • No building within render distance of spawn to keep the area tidy. Unauthorized builds will be removed without compensation.

📌 Adjusting Claim Distances:

  • If you are planning a large build or expanding a nation, you may request an adjustment to the 30-block distance rule. Open a ticket with staff to discuss and get approval before expanding.

⚠ PvP & Death Inside Claims:

  • You cannot revoke permission just to trap or harm someone.
  • If a player dies inside your claim, you must allow them back to retrieve their items.

Respect others’ space—claim responsibly!

Rule 6: PVP Must Be Agreed Upon

PvP is optional and can be toggled using /pvp. Both players must agree before fighting.

⚔ PvP Rules:
✅ In PvP-designated areas (e.g., arenas), PvP must be ON – entering these areas means you consent to PvP.
✅ Do not attack spectators outside of PvP zones.
✅ No third-party backstabbing – jumping into a fight without consent is not allowed.

🚫 Not Allowed:

  • Turning PvP off mid-fight to avoid dying.
  • Combat logging (logging off mid-fight to escape).
  • TP trapping – teleporting others just to trap or kill them without their consent.

⚠ Breaking these rules is punishable. Play fair and respect PvP agreements!

Rule 7: Explosives Usage

Explosives may be used under specific conditions but must not cause harm to other players’ builds or mobs.

✅ Allowed Uses:

  • Mining underground
  • As decoration in builds (must be Flan-protected to prevent griefing)

🚫 Not Allowed:

  • Near player-owned mobs
  • Near player-built structures (unless agreed upon in Lore/RP)

🔥 What Counts as Explosives:

  • TNT
  • Respawn Anchors (in the Overworld)
  • End Crystals

⚠ Misuse of explosives may result in punishment. Use them responsibly!

Rule 8: Owned Mobs

🚫 Do not kill another player’s owned mobs outside of Lore/RP. If both parties agree, it is allowed within RP.

⚠ Accidental Kills:

  • If you accidentally kill someone’s pet, you are responsible for replacing it.

✅ Claiming Your Pets:

  • Name tag your pets to mark them as “Owned Mobs.”
  • Pets without name tags may despawn due to lag-reducing mods.

Protect your pets—name tag them to keep them safe!

Rule 9: No Stealing

🚫 Stealing is strictly prohibited. Finding an unclaimed chest or build does not mean you can take from it—unless a sign explicitly says so.

✅ Farms:

  • You may take crops, but you must replant what you take.

⚠ Player Heads:

  • If you kill a player and obtain their head, you must have their permission to keep it.
  • Possessing a stolen player head will result in severe punishment.

Respect other players’ belongings—if it’s not yours, don’t take it!

Rule 10: No AFKing

🚫 AFKing near farms is not allowed. If you are found AFK near a farm, you will be kicked.

✅ AFKing away from farms is allowed, but if you die while AFK, your items will not be returned.

Stay active and play fair!

Rule 11: Waystones

⚠ Waystones must be used fairly and responsibly.

🚫 Not Allowed:
1️⃣ Abusing Naming Priority – Do not use (A) or similar tricks to push your waystone to the top of the list.
2️⃣ Teleporting to Random Waystones – If you get stuck in a claim, staff will not help you. Use /flan trapped and find your own way home.
3️⃣ Setting Home Waystones to Public – Flan can be buggy, and others may interact with your claim in unintended ways.

⚠ Trapped Waystones:

  • Creating a trapped waystone will result in an immediate ban.

Use waystones responsibly to avoid issues!

Rule 12: No Chunk Loading

🚫 Chunk loaders are strictly prohibited.

Using a chunk loader will result in a severe warning or a ban. Due to the server’s massive size, frequent backups are not possible, and chunk loading puts unnecessary strain on performance.

Respect server limits—do not use chunk loaders!

Rule 13: Alt Accounts

✅ Alts for Lore are allowed, but they must be treated as separate players.

🚫 Not Allowed:

  • Sharing items between your main and alt accounts.
  • Basing together or using alts to store, trade, or buy items for your main.
  • Any interaction between your main and alt that gives an advantage.

⚠ If you are caught breaking this rule, one of your accounts will be banned. Keep your alts and main completely separate.

Rule 14: Item Compensation

As a heavily modded server still in testing, unexpected crashes may cause item loss. To ensure fair compensation, you must provide proof (e.g., screenshots) of lost valuable items. This prevents false claims.

📌 We Will Compensate For:
✅ Server-related issues causing item loss, such as:

  • A crash deleting an item you had thrown.
  • Severe lag where mobs couldn’t move, then suddenly you died.
  • Falling through unloaded chunks due to rendering issues.
  • Items stolen by a banned hacker that we cannot locate.
  • Being robbed by another player.
  • A named pet mob killed by another player.

🚫 We Will NOT Compensate For:
❌ User error or personal mistakes, such as:

  • Walking under frozen lava due to lag and dying.
  • Teleporting without marking coordinates and dying.
  • Dying to a mob without lag being involved.
  • Throwing a Loyalty Trident and thinking it’s lost—it will return
  • Losing an extra inventory by switching origins without checking—this is user error.

⚠ If unsure whether compensation applies, open a ticket and ask. However, without evidence, staff cannot return items. Take screenshots to protect your valuables!

Banned Figuras

As this is a child-friendly server, certain Figuras are not allowed due to inappropriate content or unfair gameplay advantages.

🚫 Banned Figuras:

  • Figuras with excessively loud sounds (staff may ask you to remove them).
  • Figuras with weapons that violate server rules.
  • Any Figura with chest physics.
  • The 3D Baby Figura.
  • Figuras with global sound effects (heard by all players).
  • Figuras that alter your hitbox (e.g., making you appear 20 blocks tall or half a block tall).
  • Figuras that add a prefix to your name (changing name color is fine).

⚠ This list is subject to change. If unsure whether your Figura is allowed, ask staff before using it.

All members must adhere to the Discord and Minecraft Terms of Service. Discussion or support for illegally distributed software, such as cracked (non-premium) Minecraft clients or servers, is strictly prohibited. We will not provide assistance for these topics.

This community is meant to be welcoming and inclusive for everyone. Bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Be mindful that others may have different experiences, knowledge or backgrounds- watch your language and tone.

Rule 3: Do Not Share Private Information

Respect everyone’s privacy-do not share personal or private information about other players. Violating this rule will result in severe consequences. 

While we strive to keep this community safe, we cannot monitor every interaction. Be cautious about what you share online, and never disclose another player’s information. It is their choice alone to share personal details.

Rule 4: No Spreading Misinformation or impersonation

Spreading false or malicious rumours about players or staff is strictly prohibited and will result in severe consequences.

Rule 5: Use English in Public Chats

Rule 7: Spoiler All Triggering Content and Flashing Lights

To protect all members, any media or text containing flashing lights must be spoiled and include a warning above it: “**Warning: Flashing Lights.**”

Additionally, content featuring triggering topics (e.g., insects, gore, heights, etc.) must be spoilered and labeled with “**CW: [Content]**” when posted in relevant channels. 

✅ Allowed in RP/Lore sections & Triggering Topics Channel (If Spoilered):

– Mild Gore

– Non-descriptive self-harm or suicide mentions

How to Spoiler Content in Discord:

Rule 8: Keep Outside Drama Out of This Server

Do not bring drama from other servers or DMs into public channels. We are not responsible for moderating conflicts that happen outside this server. 

However, if someone is misusing this server-such as using it to send scam links via DMs-please report them to the moderation team by opening a ticket.

Rule 9: No Spamming/Respect Ongoing Discussions

Be respectful of ongoing conversations. You are welcome to join discussions, but do not intentionally disrupt them.

  • Excessive messages, repeated characters or flooding chat. 
  • Excessive or repeated reactions that disrupt conversations.

✅ Engage in conversations thoughtfully and respectfully.

Rule 10: Post in Correct Channels

Ensure your posts match the purpose of the channel. For example:

Rule 11:  Bot Usage

To keep the music bot fair and enjoyable for everyone, follow these rules: 

🎵 Song Limits:

– Max song length: 10 minutes

– Max queue per person: 5 songs at a time

🚫 Do not:

– Spam the queue—the bot’s queue persists even after you leave.

– Skip other people’s songs just to play your own.

– Hog the bot—share it with others.

❗Breaking these rules will result in VC rights being revoked.

Rule 12: Do Not Mini-Mod

Moderation is the responsibility of the staff team. Do not act as a moderator or attempt to enforce rules on others. 

✅ You may politely remind others of the rules. 

🚫 Do not threaten, intimidate or attempt to enforce punishments. 

If someone is breaking the rules, report it to staff instead of handling it yourself.

Rule 13 Roleplay Restrictions

For safeguarding reasons, all family roleplay within the Lore and Server is banned. This includes: 

🚫 Weddings

🚫 Parental-style roleplay (adoptive or biological)

✅ Allowed:

– Sibling and cousin relationships (horizontal familial bonds)

– Pre-existing family as NPCs outside of the world

If your lore character **needs** a familial relationship beyond siblings/cousins, staff approval is required. 

⚠ Violating this rule will result in severe punishment. This policy is in place for internet safety reasons.

Rule 14: Do not argue with Staff

Server rules exist for the benefit of the community. Arguing about punishments issued by staff will result in a warning. 

✅ If you have concerns about a staff decision, you may open a Staff Complaints tickets-we will review the situation fairly. Disagreeing in a ticket does not violate this rule.

🚫 Do not attempt to bypass rules through loopholes or technicalities.
